Job Description:
- Handle inbound telephone calls of customers
- Resolve customer queries
- Manage customer complaints
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Education: SMK Tourism Management or equivalent.
- Age : Between 20 – 30 years
- Knowledge: Sabre, Galileo, and Altea system knowledge is a MUST
- Experience : At least 2 year(s) relevant ticketing working experience
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Full-Time position (Work from Office)
- Willing to work in rotation and shift timing
