Job Descriptions:
- Conduct direct selling to customers, looking for new customers and projects.
- Deliver sales by developing relationships with customers.
- Monitoring and maintain new and existing customers.
- Identifying and communicating business opportunities in target markets.
- Serving as an ambassador and role model for the company's business.
- Increasing market share in existing markets and expanding into new markets.
Requirements:
- Maximum 40 years old.
- The candidate have a D3/S1 preferable in Engineering (Industry/Mechanical/Petroleum/Marine/Others) from a reputable university.
- Must have strong connections/networking in the Maritime/Marine/Oil & Gas industries.
- Own a vehicle with a valid license (SIM A/C) is preferred, and be willing to travel.
- Minimum 5-10 years experience as Senior Sales Engineer/Sales Supervisor/Sales Manager.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, as well as the ability to work under pressure and/or meet tight deadlines.
- Smart, fast, independent, highly self-motivated individual with good initiative and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English required.
- Full-time position available.
