DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with local and overseas customers to understand their needs.
- Building relationships with customers based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to fulfill customers’ needs.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Identifying industry trends and reacting on them.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to understand and make conversation in English is a must.
- Ability to look for new customers is a plus but not required. We will find them for you.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, sales, or any other field. We are not particular about your degree, but your willingness and effort to make a difference!
