DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Requirements:

• Candidates with at least D3/S1 in Education, Mathematics, Linguistic/English, or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Teaching English, Maths, Bahasa, Science, time management, and communication.
• Fluent in English; written and spoken.
• Love teaching and able to teach English to children aged 4-11 years old.
• Familiar with children with special needs.
• Honest, disciplined, committed, communicative, attractive, creative, and tech-savvy.
• Preferably having 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduates and last year students are welcome to apply.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor).
• Candidates based around Palembang are preferred.
• Well dressed; maintaining an attractive yet professional look is a plus.
• Flexible schedule: Willing to work between Monday - Saturday.

General Responsibilities

• Teaching English, Maths, Bahasa, Science to children aged 4-11 years old.
• Provide quality academic coaching in a small group setting, methods, curriculum, and individual progress plan.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and staff.
• Motivate and encourage students.
• Grading and maintaining progress reports for each student.
• Performs administrative activities if needed.
• Notify the Center Director of any problems or concerns.

Win Education Centre for 4 - 11 yo children located in Jl. Bangau No G-15, Kel Duku, Ilir timur III, Palembang. We use Phonic approach that teaches children to read and write using synthetic phonics, which is widely recognised as the most effective way to teach children to read and write in English. We also prepare the children with numeracy skills. These include the ability to understand basic math like addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.

We have 2 classes:

1. Preschool Class for 4 - 5 yo children

2. Primary Class for 6 - 11 yo children
