DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Requirement :

• Minimum D3 / S1 Secretarial Academy from reputable University
• Age 27 – 35 years old.
• Minimum 5 years experience in company secretary position
• Having basic knowledge of Administrative Corporate Governance
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask with good manner & communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of document or sensitive assignment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English

Responsibilities :

• Conduct administrative support and assistance to the Directors, assist in all Directors agenda, appointments, arrange meeting, conferences, etc.
• Organize, plan and set up board meetings, creating documents, circular, venue, minutes of meeting, keeping records in confidential term
• Organizing files and updating paperwork, manage incoming & outgoing letters, correspondence and maintaining documents with paper records and digital records with high confidential treatment
• Assist Directors in all company event such as executive gathering, C level conferences, sports exhibition, or international event.
• Assist in travel arrangements such as flight booking, hotel booking, transportation, and other travel accommodation needed.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties related to company necessity assigned by Directors
