Job Description:
- Create a sales strategy and work plan to achieve sales targets.
- Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, finance, stock, and operation to ensure the store complies with the policy.
- Analyze needs and provide support to improve store effective & efficient store management systems.
- Monitor and control store operational excellence to have a day-to-day excellent operational activity that supports to the achievement of store goals.
- Analyze, monitor, and evaluate store performance in predetermined areas to ensure the achievement of targets and operational standards of procedures, and to help overcome problems in store.
- Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas to build a leadership succession plan in store.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Pharmacy or Groceries
- Possesses good customer service, drive to achieve sales targets, strong leadership, & hard work.
- Have a good interpersonal skill, good at problem-solving, & good at communication.
- Willing to work in shifts (including weekends)
- Ready to work 6 days in a week
- Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek
