Responsibilities :
• Developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth
• Designing and implementing new sales
• Collaborating with and coordinating diverse teams
• Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and reporting to SVP Merchandising & Sales Operations
• Assisting with the setting, managing, and monitoring financial targets and budget development
Requirements :
• Have minimum 4 years experience in Manager position/ 2 years experience in Head
• Experience in retail industry is a must
• Strong Problem Solving capabilities
• Agile and willing to adapt to rapidly changing situations/environments
• Ability to manage multiple complex and matrixed sales engagements whilst always positioning the products at the center of the engagement
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants
• High energy and engagement ethos, self starter , out of the box thinker, able to stay motivated
• An ability to quickly grasp key experiences and device spec and formulate a sales technique to overcome any objections
• Excellent communication skills - presentation, negotiation, and closing Excellent in contract and commercial negotiation process
