Job Overview: As a Restaurant Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurants within a specific geographical area. Your primary objective will be to ensure that each restaurant meets and exceeds operational goals, maintains high standards of food quality and customer service, and achieves profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the overall operations of multiple restaurants within the designated area.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics such as sales, expenses, and profitability for each restaurant.
  • Develop annual budgets, forecast financial projections, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant managers and staff members within the area.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels, manage schedules, and handle staffing issues such as hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction across all restaurants.
  • Address customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
  • Collaborate with corporate management, franchise owners (if applicable), and other stakeholders to align strategies, goals, and objectives.


Job Requirements : 

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Food Services/ Hotel/ Restaurant/ Retail Management
  • Age maximum 40 years old
  • Well-groomed and Presentable.
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years of experience in progressively responsible roles.
  • Have an excellent understanding of all restaurant section, including kitchen, bar, and service.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willing to work on shift basis, weekend and Public Holidays
  • Willing to be placed outside Jakarta (if required)
  • Candidates should have reliable transportation, preferably their own vehicle, for fulfilling job duties that may involve travel to different locations
