About STRONG:
Strong Pilates is a new Australian fitness franchise taking advantage of the low-impact exercise revolution. Strong first launched in 2019 and has quickly grown, with over 100 franchises sold across multiple countries. We're about to open our first Indonesia studio in Jakarta this March 2024.
Our classes are a fitness experience with more. 45-minutes of Pilates-inspired resistance training with a side of rowing/riding. High-intensity for one of the toughest and most effective workouts you can do. A different class each day, all day.
We are seeking a rockstar manager to join and lead our Jakarta based studio. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be part of a new and innovative concept, a fitness role like no other!
What Do We Expect Of You?
COMMUNITY
● Be the face of STRONG Southport, creating a high vibe community.
● Welcome clients by name.
● Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients.
● Ability to develop STRONG relationships with clients.
● Ensure client profiles are up to date.
● Continue to build the community culture of STRONG.
● Assist in the sale of memberships, merchandise and other offerings.
STUDIO
● Maintain upkeep of the studio including cleanliness,
● Take pride in the studio and ensure your team of instructors follows
your lead.
ADMIN/MANAGEMENT
● Complete all client interactions from walk in’s, phone and email.
● Manage the @strong_Gunawarman Instagram and Facebook pages.
● Assist in generating and converting membership sales. (Commission
package included)
● Assist in proactive strategies in relation to marketing, training and
staff development.
● HAPANA management including class scheduling, member
suspensions, new client activations
● Staff rostering and general communication with your team.
● Show leadership and initiative and be a leader for your team.
YOUR SKILLS ARE?
● Minimum of 1.5 years experience in managing a fitness studio
● Willingness to work flexible hours
● Ability to motivate clients
● Ability to develop STRONG relationships with clients
● Self-motivated and goal-oriented
● Passion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting
to improve the lives of others
● Excellent attention to detail
● Knowledgeable with anatomy and physiology of the body
● Previous experience of managing a studio an advantage
● Placement: Gunawarman, Jakarta Selatan
