Responsibilities :
- Measure the field to accurately detail the image/visit job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
- Creating work drawings for interior work + furniture etc. (Layout, elevation, detail work pieces).
- Prepare as-built drawings for submission.
- Make daily reports to superiors.
- Collaborate with Designers, Projects Team on projects.
- Communicating and working closely with other team members (Design, Project, Estimator, etc.).
Requirements:
- Must possess at least D3 in Architecture, preferably experience in the interior field.
- 3+ years experience in office, commercial or retail projects.
- In-depth knowledge of building construction, interior work details, building materials, construction details and relevant quality standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch-Up Pro.
- Good at time management and can finish work within the predetermined time.
- Good communication skills, take initiative and work in a team.
