- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and efficacy of assigned products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within your territory.
- Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, address their concerns, and provide ongoing support to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and address existing challenges.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products you represent, including features, indications, contraindications, and clinical studies, to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure all promotional activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards governing the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage and maintain sales records, submit expense reports, and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on product usage, dosage guidelines, and safety precautions.
- Attend medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events to network with healthcare professionals and enhance product visibility.
- Stay abreast of advancements in healthcare, pharmacology, and sales techniques through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements
- An interest in the Life Sciences or Pharma industry with minimum 2 years experience as a Key Account Executive or Senior Professional Sales Representative (SPSR) with a proven sales track record
- A good command of Indonesia and English, and an effective negotiator.
- A driven personality and a dynamic team player with a customer-oriented attitude, including strong networking abilities.
- Able to Operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Microsoft Office).
- A self-starter with project management skills ,able to manage deadlines and have a good analytical skill.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya area
- Already have a warm network of HCP will be good
