Job Summary:
As a member of the property HR support staff, works with HR employees to carry out the daily activities of the HR Office including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. Additionally, focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of human resource experience in hospitality industry
- Have the experience to manage end to end HR business process
- Good understanding of labor laws in Indonesia and their application
- High degree of personal integrity and sensitivity and respect for confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and be time-sensitive to tasks that are critical, challenge back when needed
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Bali
