JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Develop short and medium term promotion, distribution, and channel strategies in focus key channels
- Lead project Creator of Growth 02 as project champion as per deliverables
- Lead monitoring, evaluation, and analysis implementation of MSL
- Responsible in terms of promotion/tradex effectiveness
- Continuously improve program implementation, coverage/distribution target and merchandising standards by coordinating the efforts of marketing, distribution network and sales promotion staff
- Enhance corporate knowledge by evaluation and analysis of activity results
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum experience 5 years (specific experience in traditional (must) or modern channel) with at least 2 year in a multi functional team
- Have working experience in FMCG
- Have experience in leading some projects
- High English proficiency and computer skill (Microsoft Office), distributor management system software
- Moderate effective people management, good communication skills, and positive behavior
- Open minded and challenge convention mindset
