Job Description:
As a Business Development, you will play a crucial role in identifying and closing new opportunities. Your technical knowledge and consultative selling approach will contribute to the success of our business by generating revenue from both new and existing customer accounts.
Job Location: Jakarta, Bandung, Central Java, East Java, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Exceed sales goals by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Engage in successful lead generation, building long-term relationships with customers, and delivering sales growth.
- Skillfully navigate complex negotiations with senior executives, showcasing your expertise and professionalism.
Qualification:
- Male/ Female max 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business or equivalent in a related field
- A minimum of 2-year of experience in the B2B environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic planner, market analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build client relationships.
- Effective negotiation skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin will be advantageous
