Responsibilities
- Ensure a comfortable, clean, and safe working environment.
- Making an impact by working directly with the management team to achieve the company's vision and mission
- Responsible for handling the team for all HR general activities including recruitment process, attendance, leave management, performance management, policy administration, employee benefits, insurance, employee engagement, staff development, payroll, disciplinary, transfers, and termination.
- Responsible for reporting and ensuring all BPJS Ketenaga kerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan of all employees are processed accurately.
- Manage the Human Resources function including handling company policies, and procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, organizational
- Identify needs in training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR functions as necessary
Requirements
- Well-versed in English both spoken and written
- Proactive and excels at operating in a fast-paced, collaborative working style
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to perform responsibilities effectively
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to lead change, influence, and coach employees on various levels across the organization
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
