A leading international property developer is looking for an experienced GM Property Management for their grade A office building in Jakarta Indonesia. This role is based in Jakarta.
Key responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
- Leading the team to provide premium property management services to tenants;
- Ensuring highest level delivery of property management services, including repair and maintenance, security, tenants relationships, customer service, cleanliness, landscaping and sustainability;
- Scrutinizing and monitoring the service provision of property management outsourcing companies and subcontractors;
- Managing crisis situations, emergency preparedness, workplace safety, and business continuity programs, ensuring the team is prepared to handle emergencies;
- Budgeting and cost management to optimize resources;
- Maintaining good relationships with relevant government departments, communities and professional bodies.
Key requirements include but are not limited to:
- 20 years or more experience in property management working under international companies for premium grade A property development projects (preferably commercial office buildings)
- The ideal candidate is result-driven, looks for solutions to problems, and persistent about continuous improvement
- Familiar with the Integrated Management System (IMS), especially ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and WELL accreditation and experiences in managing a portfolio with high-end MNC tenants
- Preferably someone who understands the Indonesian culture or has prior working experience in other South East Asia countries
- Strong leadership skills and able to drive the team for result
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of people
- Detail-oriented and hands-on with the team in the field
- Excellent language skills in both English and Bahasa
