We are currently assisting our client, a CPaaS company to find a Customer Onboarding Specialist. This role will be fully remote.
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration and exceptional experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, addressing their concerns, and providing support to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our CPaaS solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and tailor the onboarding process accordingly.
- Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the features and functionalities of our CPaaS platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product development, to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding process and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and configurations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Onboarding or similar role within an IT Software company.
- Solid understanding of SaaS and CPaaS technologies will be a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
