Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a member of the Annual Technical Support Team for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise related to HRIS on an annual basis.
This role requires a strong understanding of HRIS functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide annual technical support for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand the specific needs and requirements for the annual HRIS cycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct system maintenance, updates, and upgrades as needed to optimize HRIS performance.
- Work closely with vendors and internal IT teams to implement new features or enhancements to the HRIS.
- Assist in data migration and validation processes during HRIS updates or changes.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to HRIS processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide training and support to end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in HR technology to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between HRIS and other business systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing technical support for HRIS, with a focus on annual processes.
- Strong understanding of HRIS functionality, data structures, and integration points. Having knowledge in Tax PPh21 regulation is a plus.
- Strong in Ms Office expecialy Ms. Excel and having knowledge about Database : MS-SQL Server
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keep attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and tools; certification in relevant HRIS systems is a plus.
- Experience in system implementation, upgrades, data migration, and process improvement initiatives.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
