Accounting / Personal Assistant
A construction company based in dalung, Balin is looking for Accounting / Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities :
- Perform the daily tasks of the general ledger accounting and maintaining accounting journals (e.g., disbursement, expense vouchers, receipts, and account payable);
- Creating invoice for sales order;
- Facilitating the purchase of raw materials and other inventory.
- Preparing the monthly profit and loss, balance sheet reports and other financial reports;
- Preparing weekly cash flow statements;
- Taking care of files/accounting administration including contracts, financial reports, taxation and other administrative matters, including payroll and employee contract;
Requirement :
- Minimum education D3 Accountancy;
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting system
- Experience in using accounting software such as accurate, jurnal.id, and kledo is preferred;
- Well organized, attention to detail, ability to perform well under pressure, ability to work independently;
- Have a strong initiative and able to work unsupervised;
- Problem solver with great analytical skill;
- Doesn't mind to go the extra mile when needed;
- Able to keep confidentiality;
- Ability to multitask while delivering the job in a top quality level.
