DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Handle property business management
- Develop a structured business plan for all key components of mall operation and hotel
- Establish strategic goal by gathering pertinent business, ensure smooth running of the mall and hotels, handle all operation, marketing, leasing, sales and supporting function
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variance, anf initiating corrective action
- Prepare and oversee the execution of CAPEX and OPEX budget
- Develop sales and leasing plans to identify new clients,and negotiate with prospective tenants/ clients to maximize income inline with the business plan
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 12 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong business acument and technical knowledge of commercial and hospitality field
- Strong leadership, negotiation and sales skills
- Required Skill(s): Property Management, Mall Management, Hotel Management
- Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
