Job Purpose:
Responsible for entering into new collaborations/partnerships internally and externally, to build, maintaining and expanding a network of relevant long-term, strategic relationships in order to generate opportunities and support the realization of commercial objectives. Advantageous to have experience in specialty fats markets such as Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe & US.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for drawing up market development plans and translate these into goals & objectives.
- Generates new business by leading market developments and thereby ensuring a strong market position.
- Gathers knowledge about new markets and provides insight in possible new strategic partnerships.
- Identifies (market & product) developments and opportunities and translates those into possibilities for Sime Darby Oils.
- Responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of relevant stakeholders on strategic level.
- Represents the company at trade shows and/or seminars, which may include preparing presentations of other information on a particular subject in order to strengthen the brand awareness and position of Sime Darby Oils.
