Requirements
- Minimal Bachelor Degree / S1 or equivalent
- Maximal age 35 years old
- Working experience in corporate especially in FMCG minimal 3 years
- Culinary Experience min.10 years
- Expertise in Asian, Western, Local Cuisine
- Knowledge about baking and pastry (additional value)
- Good public speaking
- Excellent in English (speaking, writing, listening)
- Experience in R&D circumstances, developing product, and good in transfer knowledge
- Excellent skills in managing F&B business
- Deep understanding about culinary terminology and core ingredients
- Charming, low profile, energetic, hardworking, innovative, creative, and multitalented
- Able to manage large food preparation
- Excellent in communication and bridging the customers
- Pro-Active attitude is a must
- Ability to analyze product,issues, and problem solving
- Able to travel domestic/internation in short or long period
- Drive a car
- Placement in Cibitung
