Job Descriptions

1. Carry out Telesales floor operations according to regulations
2. Uploading and distributing data if necessary
3. Ensure the team achieves targets according to Project KPIs
4. Carry out coaching and development of under performing agents
5. Make reports and presentations on the performance of the telesales team
6. Attend review meetings according to the schedule agreed with the client
7. Carry out contingency actions necessary to achieve team targets

Job Requirements

1. B2B Telemarketing Experience (preferred) for at least 1 year
2. Able to speak English
3. Have experience leading a team, handling team management &
4. Quick response in learning new things;
5. Able to adapt to existing regulations
6. Ready to work immediately
7. Experienced in computer skills & using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel);
8. Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
9. Willing to work 6 days a week
