Job Descriptions:
- Ensuring culinary standards and responsibilities are met.
- Supporting culinary team activities
- Maintaining culinary goals.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Supervises daily shift operations.
- Ensure all employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniform.
- Maintains food handling and sanitation standard.
Requirements:
- At least same position 2 years in hotel (min 4 star hotel) or restaurant.
- A good knowledge and understanding of operational kitchen.
- Computer literate skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Understanding food cost & inventory report.
