Main Responsibilities
The role will have the Business Development and P&L responsibility for the product's retail both vertical and horizontal. The key task would includes:
- Make sure the profitability of the business.
- Build relation with brand principals.
- Management of end to end business process.
- Recruitment and set up of the team.
- Work with Business Development team for identification of potential locations for retail stores.
- Management of retail stores, E-com and other channels such as wholesale and education & enterprise which will be key focus areas and future growth drivers.
- Develop the future growth in the Indonesia's market.
General Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Marketing, Business, Commercial or International Business.
- Must have at least 10 years experience in managing "A class" product/ high premium brand, consumer product.
- Strong both in product development, business development, retail operation management and profit-loss management.
- Must have ability to lead a big team, develop a team and create/develop new team structure.
- Understand O2O market, e-Commerce, B2B and online marketing/ digital marketing strategy.
- Excellent in communication and people management.
- Well connect with consumer market, both online and offline consumer based market.
- Have charismatic personality.
- Fluent in English, both conversation and writing.
