DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Architecture/Interior Design.
• Proficiency in Sketchup, Autocad, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar software.
• Ability to create and present mood boards.
• Ability to create and develop design concepts in accordance with the design director's guidance.
• Ability to create interior working drawings.
• Ability to create furniture design drawings and technical furniture drawings.
• Ability to create basic Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for LF-FF&E (Loose Furniture-Fix Furniture & Equipment/Decor).
• Stay updated on current trends and developments.
• Proficiency in furniture systems and knowledge.
• Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and possess a good attitude.
• Responsible, creative, and able to work well in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Applicant must be in good physical and emotional health.
• Able to provide references from past employers.
• Able to communicate in English is a must.
• Placement in BALI.

Responsibilities:

• Able to assist the design director in project development.
• Able to perform quality control and fit-out for interior projects and furniture.
• Able to work individually or as part of a team in all areas of the company.
• Conduct measurements at project sites.
• Create 2D and 3D drawings for presentations.
• Proficient in working drawings (able to create or correct them).
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure project success.
