DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support, and driving collaboration between every Head of Divisions to support business growth and achieve marketing KPIs.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Plan, manage, and organize the company's marketing activities (advertisement, seminars, trade shows, etc.), including the company’s digital assets (website, email, social media)
Requirements:
• Maximum age is 30 years old.
• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Economic, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent (preferably from reputable University).
• Having at least 2 (two) years of B2B marketing experience.
• Proven successful marketing plan development and implementation skills.
• Demonstrate understanding of marketing disciplines and marketing mix including audience targeting and marketing tools.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office, reporting, and analyzing data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
