LOGISTIC OPERATIONS OFFICER

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary :

The logistics officer responsible are to execute all logistic daily operation and ensure all processes & procedures are adhered within the applicable Laws and Regulation, in support of the objectives of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities: : 

·       Oversea Logistic activity (inbound, storage, outbound)

·       Follow up contract with third party logistic

·       Monitoring inventory details and physic

·       Make sure logistic activity in standardization

·       Backup of Customs issue related to export or import

·       Monitoring of process Import and Export

·       Follow up billing vendor

·       Follow up Export Document

·       Follow up import license to authority

·       Familiar with PIB Module

Job Requirement/Specification:

• Min bachelor’s degree holder with more than 5 years’ Experience in the same field 
• Having related experiences in logistics companies
• Experience in handling Import and Export
• Experience in handling Warehouse/PLB (Inbound, Outboand, Storage)
• Experience in managing tyre logistics Preferred.
• Experience in Chemical Industry Preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Willing to join a fast pace environment.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Have PPJK Certificate is an advantage
•  Willing to travel out of office
• IT Savvy and Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP would be Advantage
