DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Scope of Work :

1. Monitor any discrepancies in payment, monitor for charges made on credit cards and record any returns.
2. Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible.
3. Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management.
4. Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns.
5. Speak to employee about payments, refunds and statements.
6. Ensure that all employee receive their financial statements on time.
7. Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct.
8. Assist with the balancing of the office/department budget.

Requirement :

1. Undergraduate in Bachelor of Accounting or Senior High School
2. Available to work about 3 months
3. Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
4. Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
5. High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
6. Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
7. Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
8. Ability to follow directions and multi-task.
