Job Description :
- Creating an effective and proper of General Affair organizational structure, that can be implement according to each function and responsibility
- Make work instructions, tasks, and responsibilities of each team and individual so that the work flow can be implemented properly
- Controlling and making efficiency of transportation cost
- Ensuring that all company assets are tagged with the barcode system so that they can be properly recorded
- Carry out development and improvement by making SOP, ideas, and solutions related to issues and problems
- Controlling and supervising team activities, as well as developing the team ability to work
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
- Proven experience in operational process flow of General Affair (Asset, Building, Cleaning, Security, Supplies, Facility, Transport)
- Effective analytical techniques and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understand ISO 9001:2015 will be an advantage
- Accustomed to doing improvement projects
