DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Finance Executive
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
- at least 5 years' experience in Finance field
- Proven work experience as a Finance Executive or similar role reporting preferred.
- Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem-solving thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and accounting principles
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement
Accounting responsibilities
- Reports bi-monthly expense reports to Head Office
- Coordinate with Accounting & Bookkeeping team in Phillippines office.
- Will function as a co-authorized person aside from Directors on financial aspects.
- Maintains connection with Head Office (SG) and Branch Office (ID)
- Maintain relationship with appointed banking entity – process bank deposits, bank opening cheque withdrawal.
- Review receivables and billing with Accounts Receivable Exec.
- Work with a Tax consultant for the company & staff to comply with Gov’t. tax requirements
- Handle payment releases to vendors, other HBA offices
- Ensures to process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Analysis number received from head office or accounting team on profitability/ profit loss report.
