About
A Korean skincare brand is looking to set up a local team in Indonesia. We are looking for a passionate and highly accountable admin to join as our E-commerce Operation team.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for e-commerce: process daily sales order, order fulfillment, inventory update, dispatching of goods, return orders, raise purchase order, new product uploads, pricing and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Liaise with our third party fulfillment provider regarding order fulfillment.
- Reply customer messages, handle all customer queries and complaints.
- Liaise with Finance Team regarding purchase order, invoices and payment.
- Liaise with Design Team regarding designs of thumbnails and banners.
- Manage daily reports using EXCEL.
- Other ad-hoc duties to support team operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Min of 1 year of experience in e-commerce operation related roles
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and data analytics
- Possess strong analytical abilities to interpret and use the data to build results-driven platforms
- Previous working experience with beauty and skincare brands preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
