DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Requirement :

  • Diploma (D3) from Akademi Sekretari or Bachelor (S1) from relevant background.
  • Fresh graduates or experienced 1-2 years in secretarial role.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
  • Must have good spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Must have basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Good bookkeeping and filing system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Live in Jakarta area.

Main Focus :

  • Provide secretarial assistance to the management, especially to Operation and Technical Dept.
  • General Reception responsibilities.
  • Booking travel arrangement for management and other office/field staff on business travel.
  • Maintain all field personnel administrative document, CV and certificates.
  • Provide field personnel assignment letter for related project.
  • Maintain job number establishment with supervision of Operation Manager.
  • Maintain daily log and field personnel leave application.
  • Prepare PR/PO as instructed by authorized Operation personnel (Operation Manager, Technical Manager or Project Manager).
  • Assist for equipment/freelance personnel utilisation.
  • Establish business agreements with parties related to the company's operations.
  • Be the point of contact with the client for the company's operational matters.

Other Focus :

  • Updating contact lists & autodial numbers.
  • Check the invoice for all hotels, travel & transportation and clearing agents.
  • Offer support to Project and HR/QHSE for field personnel data as and when required.

QHSE Duties and Accountability :

  • Procedures, instructions and safety standards are complied with at all times.
  • Aware of their individual safety responsibilities as required by both the PAGEO Statement of Company Policy and statutory legislation.
  • Exercising their Stop Work Obligation to interrupt unsafe acts and unsafe conditions
  • All hazards or potential hazards are promptly reported and followed-up.
  • Personnel understand their role within the location contingency plans.
  • Comply with all procedure, Work instruction and standard applied
  • Participate in QHSE Program and Waste Management. implementation, including 3R (reduce, reuse and recycle) program and energy (electricity) saving program.
  • Identify any risk and opportunity to improve Company QHSE performance.
  • Identify environmental aspect which related to their operation, including its control and monitor, also to do continual improvement based on each scope of work.
