Responsibilities:
- Manage department expenses
- Assign workload & supervise maintenance staff
- Manage relationships with contractors & service providers
- Monitor equipment inventory & place orders when necessary
- Monitor equipment electrical & mechanical systems to ensure functionality
- Plan & supervise all maintenance, installation activities
- Maintain maintenance logs & report on daily activities
- Ensure compliance with Quality, HSE, Engineering policies
- Project management(CAPEX, resources, timeline, execution & commissioning)
- Succession planning plan & execution
- Lead & support all audit(internal/ external) on equipment related
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic
- More than 5 years of maintenance management experience in pharma, medical devices, biotech, personal care, packaging, food & beverage, semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering(turnkey) service provider.
- Extensive knowledge of engineering concepts including equipment, electrical & mechanical systems
- Ability to track & report activity
- Experience in planning maintenance operations, OEE improvement
- Excellent communication(English) & interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership & management skills
- Excellent organizational & leadership skills
- Build & maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholder
- Capable of problem solving, team building, planning & decision making
- Brownfield or greenfield exposure
- Experience in investigation(non-conformance), root cause analysis, lean manufacturing, GMP
- Green belt certified
- Experience in clean room & non clean room operation
