Our company is a multinational company from USA and we are urgently seeking for dynamic professionals to strengthen our Marketing Team. We invite candidates to fill the following position:
Job Description:
- Plan, implement, manage and develop the company's digital marketing strategy (SEO / SEM, social media advertising - FB / IG/ Tiktok etc., email, etc.)
- Planning and creating online content such as clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, blogs, etc.; monitor and analyze content results
- Designing strategies to direct and increase online traffic on the company's website or landing page
- Design, develop and maintain the continuity of the company's social media activities
- Forecasting the development of digital marketing campaigns and ROI
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize online marketing channel activity based on the data in the insights
- Collaborate with external agents, advertising media and other partners
- Create a web page (landing page) for product sales marketing
- Conduct regular brainstorming to devise new strategies related to online marketing
- Evaluate emerging IT technologies, applications, and trends
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing activities and compare against targets
- Perform conversion tracking and make improvements to the website.
- Provides thoughts and perspectives for adopting proper online marketing techniques
- Utilize a variety of digital marketing techniques
- Manage company brands and products online and create promotions to increase brand awareness
- Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of company websites
- Responsible for planning and controlling the budget of all digital marketing activities
- Evaluate market research, market conditions and promotional activities of competitors
- Can teach digital marketing techniques to those in need
Minimum qualification:
- Maximum 33 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, from Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising Management, Communication
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
- Mastering the implementation of paid advertising channels, such as Facebook Ads, IG or Google AdWords campaigns
- Mastering SEO / SEM, able to manage database, email, social media and/or online advertising campaigns
- Have high creativity with the ability to identify targets and design digital campaigns
- Strong knowledge of website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends
- Experience designing, creating and optimizing landing pages
- Mastering sCRM (social customer relationship management), such as SAP C4C, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage CRM and Salesforce CRM
- Experienced in digital marketing
- Preferably experienced (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent
- Have basic/simple knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Have basic operating skills in graphic design tools such as photoshop, illustrator or video editing
- Has strong analytical skills and is able to make policies based on data
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in technology, online marketing, consumer behavior and performance measurement
- Can join as soon as possible
- Placement in Central Jakarta, willing to work out of town if needed
