DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify and recapitulate invoice documents from internal and external vendors.
- Perform AP journalizing for invoices.
- Checking the completeness of invoice documents for payment.
- Verify petty cash and supporting evidence received carefully and thoroughly.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and tax data.
- Assist the manager/assistant manager in journalizing every day, week, and month.
- Assist the manager/assistant manager with AP Treasury and AP Tax activities as required.
- Documenting all transactions every day.
- Prepare data requests from auditors.
- Ability to work independently with deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or related field from reputable university.
- Experienced candidate for AP Treasury: minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in accounting or finance department (experience in retail business is preferred).
- Entry level candidate for AP Tax: prefer 1-2 years working experience in retail (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Computer literate including proficiency with Ms. Office, especially formulas related to Ms. Excel.
- Experience in SAP system is a plus point.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, honesty, responsibility, fast learner and able to work together in a team.
