DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify and recapitulate invoice documents from internal and external vendors.
  • Perform AP journalizing for invoices.
  • Checking the completeness of invoice documents for payment.
  • Verify petty cash and supporting evidence received carefully and thoroughly.
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and tax data.
  • Assist the manager/assistant manager in journalizing every day, week, and month.
  • Assist the manager/assistant manager with AP Treasury and AP Tax activities as required.
  • Documenting all transactions every day.
  • Prepare data requests from auditors.
  • Ability to work independently with deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or related field from reputable university.
  • Experienced candidate for AP Treasury: minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in accounting or finance department (experience in retail business is preferred).
  • Entry level candidate for AP Tax: prefer 1-2 years working experience in retail (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
  • Computer literate including proficiency with Ms. Office, especially formulas related to Ms. Excel.
  • Experience in SAP system is a plus point.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, honesty, responsibility, fast learner and able to work together in a team.
