DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job List:
1. Retail/ merchandise displays in Ubud and Toko Seniman.
2. New development of food/bakery/ drink items.
3. New menu items both Retail and Wholesale.
4. Linking through Pak Dewa to Heads of Department- Kitchen/ Bakery/ Coffee Bar.
5. Development of alcoholic beverages.
6. Quality Control food/ bakery products and if issues deal with through Pak Dewa.
7. Takeaway menu/promo/packaging.
8. New merchandise product development/ making samples / deciding new product to sell- eg. bakery wooden equipment/ ceramics.
9. Menu and product development for new projects (eg. Surabaya).
10. Joni Cheder Bakery building /planning in THCR.
11. Development of Bakery packaging.
12. Product knowledge of food/ Bakery delivered to staff.
13. Communicate to the management group food/bakery directions- update the program.
14. Develop pricing of new menu items.
15. Work with graphic design - new photo/ menu/ merchandise.
Persyaratan minimum:- Mencari kandidat yang bisa bekerja pada hari kerja dan hari Sabtu
- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Kartu izin tinggal dapat diberikan untuk posisi ini
